I could have possibly downloaded the wrong socket driver update tool from my motherboard's homepage ( ) I actually have no idea if this is what you and others are referring to as USB Drivers, but I'm not sure where else I would look. It only installs the pass-through (3D Camera) and a Generic Hub Controller.

I tried Steam in Admin, not sure how to do Steam VR in Admin but if it's from the application, I'll try it out that way. We verified the issues by having a friend come over with his trident cable, and my headset began to work at that point. Additionally, one of the roomates' computers uses a Rift S. Windows 10 tries to "setup 3D Camera" with no luck from SteamVR. UPDATE: I've tried it now on my personal computer and my two roomates' computers, the same thing is happening. It's in pristine condition, never dropped, never had a single thing happen to it that would cause any issues. I put up a support ticket on steam, but I am wondering if it really is a problem with the headset. Which is odd, because if I select "Disable Direct View" in SteamVR, I get a blank desktop appearing on my headset. It's the same thing that happens on my roommate's computer when he tries to detect it on his, which tells me there might be a hardware problem with the headset. I think it's related to how the drivers try to install.When I plug in my Valve Index, I get a device added called "3d Camera" and that's it.
